GOVERNMENT HELPS HERDERS

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The government is taking urgent actions to overcome the difficulties of harsh wintering in some provinces. At its irregular meeting on Friday, government made a decision to manage a delivery of medicines and bio-preparations for livestock and shipping hay and fodders.
Additionally, government is making effort to intensify delivery of public, health and social cares services to herders living far remote areas.
At the Friday's meeting, government tasked related ministers and authorities to open a temporary border checkpoint in Khurmen soum of Omnogobi province for allowing to pass one-time aid of hays and fodder and involve herders and their family members in medical test and examination as well as effectively organize a work of small animal slaughtering for export and other purposes.
