US considers announcing acceptance of Iran’s uranium enrichment

Sources “close to the Vienna talks” said the American delegation was considering ways to officially announce its acceptance of Iran’s uranium enrichment activities.

According to these sources who were quoting some European diplomats, the American delegation to the Vienna talks has informed its European partners of Washington’s decision during secret sessions.

The same sources said some of the European countries who have been informed of the US decision have protested against it because they said this would be Washington’s second big bow before Iran after America first announced it would enter talks with Iran without setting a precondition for Tehran to suspend its enrichment activities.
