Recovery Campaign in Ryanggang Province of DPRK

Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- The regiments of Party members from North Hamgyong Province and Rason Municipality launched the rehabilitation project in flood-hit Ryanggang Province.
The Party members from North Hamgyong Province are making full preparations to finish the project in a short span of time.
Cherishing the Workers' Party of Korea's noble outlook on the people to stabilize the living of the inhabitants in the afflicted areas as early as possible, they conducted the round-the-clock campaign to remove huge amount of earth and mud and restore the damaged waterway.
Those from Rason Municipality, too, have made achievements in the work to arrange the areas for building new houses.
They built block hardening ground near the construction site while securing sand and aggregate resources. They have also ensured the full operation of vehicles to step up the transport of materials.
The Party members of all regiments are working hard to mitigate the inconvenience of the inhabitants while pushing ahead with the rehabilitation project. -0-
