The FM Arrives In Ankara At The Head Of A Delegation On A Visit To Turkey

Baghdad / NINA /- Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein arrived in Ankara at the head of a delegation on an official visit to Turkey.

Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, said in a statement, “Hussein will hold a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, in which he will discuss ways to develop and strengthen bilateral relations between Baghdad and Ankara, and the prospects for cooperation between the two countries, especially enhancing security and intelligence cooperation in order to confront common challenges in a way that secure the common interests of the two neighboring countries, since Iraq is about to enter into constructive dialogues that would constitute a new turning point in relations between the two countries.”/End
