Iran ranks third in World Junior Weightlifting Championships

The young Iranian lifters stood at third place in the World Junior Weightlifting Championships in Bucharest, Romania.

Iran’s Weightlifting Team trained by twice Olympic champion Hossein Rezazadeh ranked third after Russia and China which stood at first and second places respectively.

The young Iranian super-heavyweight, winning three gold medals in the competitions, Behdad Salimi, played a significant role in putting Iran at that place.
