Supreme Leader: Path open for legal moves and kindness; Law-breakers responsible for aggressive moves

– Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution who led this week’s Tehran Friday Prayers invited everyone to abide by laws, adding, “Path is open for legal moves, kindness and friendly gestures and I hope everyone would choose paving this path.”

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khameneie added, “Let us celebrate the 40-million-strong victory of the people and not to permit the enemy to disturb this celebration.”
He meanwhile warned, “If some people would intend to choose another path, then I would step forth and speak to the people more clearly.”
According to IRNA, the internet website of the Supreme Leader published the full text of Ayatollah Khameneie at “the million strong” gathering of the “God seeker” people as follows:
The unique and epical presence of the nation at Khordad 22nd (election) was a great demonstration of national trust, hope, and briskness; a political earthquake for the enemies and a historic celebration for Iran and the revolution’s friends and the entire 40 million thoughtful and enthusiastic participants at the elections, (that have) voted in favor of (the late) Imam (Khomeini – P), the revolution, and the martyrs, while all four respectable candidates, too, belong to the Islamic system, and therefore, everyone must pursue the emerged issues within the framework of the laws.”
The sagacious leader of the Islamic Revolution in his second sermon which was interrupted several times due to “Allaho Akbar” slogans and the expressed sentiments of the worshippers, added, “The highly praiseworthy epic of the people’s 85% presence of the people in the election proved that Almighty Allah’s blessings and the special attention of the Imam of the Time (Imam Mahdi – May God Hasten His Reappearance) are still pouring over the heads of the Iranian nation and the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
Ayatollah Khameneie praised the thoughtful and caring presence of the youth throughout the country in the 10th Presidential Election, and the “political commitment and feeling responsible” of the first generation observed in today’s youth, adding, “From the bottom of my heart I humbly praise to the grandeur of the Iranian nation and our youth.”
Referring to the differences of taste among the people and their votes to different candidates, the Supreme Leader added, “Beyond the (importance of) the entire votes of the people, it is the collective feeling of responsibility for safeguarding the country and the system that waves in this election to an extent that the presence of women and men, old and young, tribes and followers of various religious sects, rural and urban citizens, that have marked an unforgettable epic that is for the enemies of Iran and the revolution and was a political earthquake, while for the friends of the Iranian nation around the globe it was a real and historic celebration.”
Considering the presence of 40 million people in Khordad 22nd Election in order to prove loyalty to (the late) Imam (Khomeini – P), the revolution and the martyrs, his eminence added, “With this grand volume (of presence) aimed at paving the path for the advancement and prestigious prosperity (of the country), was a breath of fresh air for the Islamic system, and the real meaning of religious democracy was thus manifested to the sorrow of the opponents of the system.”
Ayatollah Khameneie considered the presence with trust, amid a free atmosphere, full of hope and briskness of the nation in the presidential election, as the Iranian nation’s response to the poisonous propagation of the oppressors’ media, reiterating, “The people’s trust for the system, as the greatest capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran, that was manifested once again in Khordad 22nd elections, while the enemies of Islam and Iran try to cast doubt and suspicion over the election issue, to shatter this national trust and to decrease the level of public participation, thus putting under question the legitimacy of the system, and if that objective is materialized it would not be comparable with any other loss or harm.”
