President Ilham Aliyev received governor of Russia's Astrakhan region

Baku, December 7, AZERTAC President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Governor of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin.
