Azerbaijani weightlifter clinches silver in Ankara tournament

Baku, November 16, AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s weightlifter Tehran Mammadov (67kg) has scooped a silver medal in the international tournament in memory of Naim Suleymanoglu, a triple Olympic gold medal winner, in Ankara, Turkiye. He sealed the medal after lifting 126kg in the snatch event. The tournament brought together 72 athletes from 16 countries.
