Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency: 367 unexploded ordnances neutralized in liberated territories over past week

Baku, October 24, AZERTAC “During the mine-clearing operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Shusha, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan districts 61 anti-personnel and 28 anti-tank mines, as well as 367 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were found and neutralized from October 17 to 22,” Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency said in a statement. “As a result, 381 hectares were cleared of mines and UXOs,” the agency added.
