Defense Ministry: Azerbaijan Army positions in Kalbajar direction were subjected to fire

Baku, July 30, AZERTAC In the morning of July 30, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Yenikand settlement of the Basarkechar district of the state border using various caliber weapons subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of the Damirchidam settlement of the Kalbajar district, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told AZERTAC. “As a result of the adequate retaliatory measures taken by the Azerbaijan Army Units the opposing side was suppressed,” the ministry said.
