Follow-Up Committee Of Iraqi-Kuwaiti Ministerial Committee Holds A Meeting In Kuwait

Baghdad / NINA / -The Follow-up Committee of the Joint Iraqi-Kuwaiti Higher Ministerial Committee held a meeting in the State of Kuwait. The Iraqi side was headed by the Senior Undersecretary, Ambassador Abdul Karim Hashem Mustafa, who delivered a speech in which he praised the bilateral relations between the two countries, and Iraq's keenness to bring them to new heights. The Kuwaiti side was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalid Suleiman Al-Jarallah, who started the meeting with a speech in which he referred to the depth of relations between the two countries, stressing the importance of advancing them in order to achieve the partnership between the two countries. The committee reviewed the agenda of the eighth session of the Iraqi-Kuwaiti Supreme Ministerial Committee, which will conduct its work in the last quarter of this year. The atmosphere of the meeting was dominated by the spirit of cooperation and keenness to accomplish the work entrusted to the committee, expressing mutual interest in strengthening brotherly relations between the two countries. / End
