Ahmadinejad: Iran ready to export petrochemical plants

Assalouyeh, Bushehr prov, Feb 8, IRNA - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Iran was capable of manufacturing,
installing and exporting parts needed in petrochemical plants to world
countries.

The president was talking in the Southern Pars Economic and Energy
Zone where he has traveled to inaugurate a number of petrochemical
projects to mark the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran 30
years ago.

He termed the projects currently underway in Iran in ther oil and
petrochemical sectors a source of pride for the country and said Iran
was rapidly moving towards attaining peaks of progress and development.

Pointing to the rapid pace of planning and implementing development
projects in the country, he dwelled on the high potential of Iranian
experts in the petrochemical sector and said the successful launching
of numerous high-tech projects in Iran by local experts have shown the
world that Iranians are capable of doing big projects by themselves.
