Seminar on Iranian women held in Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur, Dec 23, IRNA - A seminar on Iranian women was held at Putra University by Iran's Cultural Office in Malaysia on Sunday.
During the event attended by 300 Iranian students studying in the
university, a number of female students presented articles on the role
of women in today's Iran as well as ways of promoting their
involvement in social affairs.
Addressing the gathering, former head of Islamic Center in Hamburg,
Ansari elaborated on the difference between Islam and West's views on
the role of women in family and society.
