Bahraini recommendations adopted by international conference in China

Beijing, May 27 (BNA): An International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies Post-2015 Education has concluded in Qingdao, China, in the presence of many ministers, international figures and representatives of private sector companies. Minister of Education Dr. Majid Al-Nuaimi said the conference final statement included two recommendations submitted by Bahrain, which were approved by members of the participating countries. The first calls for protection of schools and institutions of higher education and information and communication technologies from any action that threatens their safety. While the second urges institutions of information and communication technology to achieve greater cooperation with UNESCO relevant institutes and centers.
