Australia gives US$6,739 and equipment to National Radio Station
(KPL) The Australian Embassy to Laos gave US$6,739 to Lao National Radio Station and on top of it he gave some equipment for use in this radio station.
They are a computer for the dubbing studio, seven computers for the network room, eight computer UPS or uninterruptible power supply and one printer.
The handover ceremony was held on 17 December at the National Radio Station. Mrs Rachacl Cunliffe, the second secretary and Vice Consul of the embassy of Australia to Laos handed over the money and equipment to Mr Sipha Nonglaht, Director General of the National Radio Station. Officers from the two sides were also present at this ceremony.
