New bus route from Oudomsay to China’s Jinghong.
(KPL) A new bus route, from Oudomsay province, northern Laos, to Jinghong in Yunnan province, southwestern China, was launched last week.
At the initial stage, the 25-30 seat buses would be plying this route on a daily basis between the two destinations and more buses would be put on this route if the demand grows.
The launch of this bus route was in furtherance of an agreement signed by both Laos and China on 13 November.
