HE Qatar’s Minister of Culture Hails Girls' Role While Opening Doha Forum

Doha, December 15 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdelaziz Al Kuwari on Saturday said Qatar is living through a historic phase and the world can see its renaissance in the different fields, hailing the effective role of girls in building the Qatari society. Speaking during the opening of the Doha Youth Center's Doha Girls' Forum, HE the minister expressed his pleasure as the forum coincides with Qatar National Day celebrations, pointing to the significant role of the forum in the coming years to provide an opportunity for girls to further learn and actively participate in the community through special activities and programs. HE Dr. Hamad bin Abdelaziz Al Kuwari thanked the Youth Centers Department at the ministry for the unique activities and programs it provides for youth, so as to develop youth work and take it to better standards. For his part, Youth Centers Department Director Abdul Razak bin Abdullah Al Kuwari said that girls' centers and forums are cultural and educational beacons inspired by the directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
