Pretoria, December 13 (QNA) - South Africa's Minister of State Security Siyabonga Cwele, conferred here on Thursday with Qatars' ambassador to South Africa HE Salim Abdullah Al Jaber. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and means of bolstering and developing them. (QNA)
