HE Chief of Staff Meets Director of Chemical Weapons Prohibition Agency

Doha , December 11 (QNA) - HE Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah met Tuesday with Director-General of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Ahmed Uzumcu, on the sidelines of a seminar on chemical weapons convention of Asian member states. During the meeting, they discussed facets of cooperation between the Qatari Armed Forces and the OPCW in the field of prohibiting chemical weapons. The seminar was held here today. Qatar's Ambassador accredited to the Netherlands HE Hamad Ali Jaber Alhenzab attended the meeting as did Chairman of the National Committee on Arms Embargo Air Commodore Nasser Mohamed al Ali and Vice Chairman of the committee Joe Hassan.
