Qatar Advisory Council Holds Meeting

Doha, December 10 (QNA) - The Advisory Council held today its weekly regular session chaired by HE Council's Deputy Speaker Issa Rubaia Al-Rubaia Al-Kuwari. At the outset of the meeting, the Council's Secretary General Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayreen read out the agenda which has been approved. Afterwards the Council approved the minutes of its previous meeting. A memo from the Cabinet's General Secretariat on the Council's recommendation requesting general discussion on medical services and health care, was then read out and the Council took note of it. The Council later discussed a report of the Public Services and Utilities Committee on a draft law exempting Qatar Railways Company from some rules related to expropriation and organizing its rights on public and private properties, and decided to submit its recommendations thereon to the Council of Ministers.
