Kuwaiti Information Minister Confirms Depth of Qatar-Kuwait Relations

Doha, December 04 (QNA) - Kuwaiti Minister of Information Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah confirmed the depth of relations between Qatar and Kuwait, noting that Qatar was the first country visited by Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak after he was named as the Prime Minister of Kuwait. Speaking about the political situation in Kuwait, Sheikh Mohammad told Qatari daily (Al-Watan) that the opposition's political position is permissible under the applicable laws and it is known what is permissible within the laws, adding that he may not agree with the claims of some members in the opposition, but this does not spoil the intimacy. Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti Minister highlighted the strong relations between Kuwait and Iraq. He believed that the relations between the two countries have entered a new era. (QNA)
