HH the Emir Congratulates Mauritanian, Albanian Presidents

Doha, November 28 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Mauritania Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz on the occasion of his country's Independence Day. HH the Emir also sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Albania on the occasion of his country's National Day. (QNA)
