Qatar Bomb Targets Official Motorcade in Central Baghdad

Baghdad, November 14 (QNA) - A car bomb exploded in Central Baghdad on Wednesday, targeting the motorcade of an official within Baghdad Municipality. "The car bomb that was parked near Ishtar Sheraton Hotel went off targeting the motorcade of an official within Baghdad Municipality," a security source stated to the All Iraq News (AIN) newswire. "The explosion resulted in seven persons including two among the official's guards," the source added. "The security forces closed the explosion area and transferred the injured to the hospital for treatment," the source concluded. (QNA)
