Education Minister : HH Sheikha Moza's Initiative on Education Praised and Appreciated by International Organizations

Doha, November 13 (QNA) - Minister of Education and Higher Education and Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council HE Saad bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud has underlined that the convening of the World Summit for innovation in education, "Wise" represents a milestone for the role played by the State of Qatar in support of education worldwide as a right of all peoples. HE the Minister noted that this comes in line with the context of the educational strategy of the State of Qatar and the directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, calling for the development of education and investment in human, as the most expensive asset of Qatar, in order to achieve the comprehensive development. HE the Minister of Education added in a statement on the sidelines of the World Summit for innovation in education, "Wise", that the summit aims to promote educational initiatives strategy launched by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), in the field of education worldwide , which he said has been praised and appreciated by all relevant international organizations of international affairs and human rights. The WISE Summit includes more than 1,000 prominent figure of the decision-makers, thought leaders and practitioners concerned with education around the world and represents a global unparalleled think tank which would undoubtedly contribute to the development of new educational visions and sophisticated contribute in the development of innovative solutions to the issues of education in the world.(QNA)
