Milipol Qatar 2012 Concluded

Doha, October 10 (QNA) - Milipol Committee Chairman Brigadier Nasser bin Fahad Al Thani announced this evening the conclusion of Milipol Qatar 2012 saying that statistics of the exhibition have recorded figures that exceeded figures recorded in Mlapol 2010 with the number of visitors of this exhibition reaching 5820, up 5.5 percent from the previous exhibition. Addressing a press conference, Brigadier Nasser bin Fahad Al-Thani said this year visitors from 66 countries participated in the exhibition compared to 60 countries in 2010, adding that the area of the 2012 exhibition reached 5623 square meters, up 24 percent from the previous area with the exclusion of the space allocated for the Ministry of Interior and the Internal Security Force (Lakhwiya). He said the value of deals concluded by the Ministry of Interior with the companies valued 262 million Riyals, an increase of 100 million Riyals from statistics of the previous Milipol exhibition.(QNA)
