Iran's petrochemicals export reaches 6 b dlrs in six months
Isfahan, Oct 19, IRNA - Managing Director of Petrochemical Industry Investment Company said in the first six months of the current Iranian year (beginning March 20, 2008) the export of the petrochemicals has reached six billion dollars.
Speaking in an engineering college in Gulpayegan city on Saturday,
Mansour Moa'zami expressed hope that using the domestic and foreign
resources in the new petrochemical projects can obtain more hard
currency for Iran.
According to the recent official statistics, Iran ranks 45 among 100
petrochemical companies in the world, while it ranked 63 last year.
