Iran-Tajikistan trade exchanges increase by 10 percent

Dushanbe, Oct 18, IRNA- Tajikistan deputy head of Customs said trade exchanges between Iran and Tajikistan have increased by 10 percent.

Nemat Rahmatev told reporters here Friday that in the first nine
months of the year trade level with Iran reached 183 million and 200
thousand dollars which shows an increase around 10 percent compared
with the same period of last year.

From this amount, 84 million dollars are Tajik exported goods to Iran
and 99 million and 200 thousand dollars imported from Iran .

He went on to say, "The statistics indicates Iran is among top 10
trade partners of Tajikistan."
The Tajik official named some of other important trade partners as
Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, USA and Turkey.
