CSTO to assist Tajikistan in protecting borders with Afghanistan

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 22/ Trend V. Zhavoronkova/ Members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will assist Tajikistan in protecting the country's borders with Afghanistan, Avasta.tj reported on Friday. This decision was made at the session of the working group with the CSTO. During the session the sides discussed the situation in Afghanistan and possible ways of its development, as well as security in the CSTO member-states. They decided to continue the coordination of these countries' efforts aimed at prevention threats and risks coming from Afghanistan.
