New Azerbaijani Texnika Bank Supervisory Board approved

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 11 /Trend A.Akhundov/ The new Azerbaijani Texnika Bank Supervisory Board has been approved, the bank said on Monday. The new composition of the bank was approved at the general extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on Monday. According to the report, Rovshan Ismailov, who previously held the position of chief financial officer at International Bank of Azerbaijan, became the new head of the supervisory board of the bank. Fuad Murshudlu and Rauf Agayev are the new board members. The new composition of the Bank's Board, consisting of 5 members, was approved on May. Mansurov Ulvi was appointed Chairman of the Management Board. The board of directors also includes: Yashar Safarov (Deputy Chairman), Garay-Zadeh Ayaz (Vice Chairman), Huseynov Orhan (Board Member) and Hajiyev Jamin (board member).
