Azerbaijan, Baku, June 7/Trend M. Moezzi Construction of the Persian Gulf Star Oil Company's refinery in Iran's Persian Gulf city of Bandar Abbas has progressed to 51 per cent. The refinery, one of Iran's major strategic projects, is scheduled to be finished in the early spring of 2013, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reports. The Persian Gulf Star refinery has cost €1.5 billion so far and another €2 billion is needed to finish it.
