Azerbaijan ready to become interfaith bridge in Alliance of Civilisations

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 1 / Trend, A.Taghiyeva / Azerbaijan is located at the intersection of West and East, North and South and therefore, the country can play the role of an inter-civilizational and interfaith bridge within the Alliance of Civilisations, Turkish Haberler news agency quotes Azerbaijani parliament's speaker Ogtay Asadov as saying. "Azerbaijan supports Turkey in its efforts to promote interreligious and intercultural dialogue," Asadov said addressing at the UN forum 'Alliance of Civilisations'which opened yesterday in Istanbul.
