Qatari Coins and Stamps Amateurs Club Participates in Agadir Competition

Doha, March 12 (QNA) - The Qatari Coins and Stamps Amateurs Club will participate in the international Agadir competition to be held March 14-18 on the anniversary of the release of the first postal stamp in Morocco. The club will exhibit 13 frames, five of which contain special stamps, covers,and proofs from Morocco as well as the traditional first and second releases from Qatar. Additionally, it will exhibit Algerian stamps and proofs. The Qatari club's activities include a stamp drawing competition in addition to seminars demonstrating the dimensions of the fruitful amateur exchange and the purchasing and selling of postal stamps.
