HH the Emir Meets Outgoing UK Ambassador

Doha, March 11 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met Sunday morning at the Emiri Diwan with the United Kingdom's Ambassador in Doha John Mark Hawkines whose term of office in Qatar has expired. HH the Emir presented the outgoing Ambassador with the Sash of Merit in recognition of his efforts in enhancing bilateral cooperation wishing him success in his future assignments. For his part, the Ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir and the state's official for their cooperation during his tenure. (QNA)
