Life sentence for 4 policemen accused of inadvertently killing former member of Babel PC
Hilla (NINA) – First Criminal Court in Hilla sentenced to life imprisonment today against 4 policemen from the 3rd Rapid Response Regiment (Scorpion) accused of inadvertently killing former member of Babel Provincial Council, Ni’ma Al Bakri more than two years ago.
A source in the court told NINA correspondent today that “the decree was adopted upon evidences that prove the unintended killing of Bakri during firing bullets in Hilla after a blast took place more than two years ago.”
