Zico start coaching Iraqi football national team in Erbil
Erbil (NINA) – New Brazilian coach of the National Iraqi football team, Zico, started coaching the team in Ararat stadium, Salahuddine resort-Erbil.
Najih Hamoud, Chairman of the Iraqi Football Association, said in a press statement after meeting with Zico today “Zico started training the team in preparation to the match against Jordan within the World Cup 2014 qualifications.”
He added that “the contract details will be announced tomorrow, the details include the residency and bonuses.”
He went on saying “Edo, Zico’s assistant coach, will arrive in Erbil on October 2.” /End/
