Kim Jong Il Provides Field Guidance to February 8 Vinalon Complex

Pyongyang, August 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, provided field guidance to the February 8 Vinalon Complex alive.
After being briefed on the progress made in the project for expanding its production capacity, he went round the vertical spinning shop, the converting shop and other places of the complex.
He expressed great satisfaction over the fact that the workers of the complex have made uninterrupted leaping advances, thereby completing in a brief span of time the vast project which would have taken several years at an ordinary pace and opening a bright prospect for starting production.
He said the most important task facing the complex is to keep the production going at a high rate on the basis of the solid material and technological foundation.
