Greeting on 55th anniversary of Laos-Cambodia diplomatic relations
VIENTIANE,JUNE. (KPL)- National Assembly President Pany Yathotou today extended greetings to her counterpart of the kingdom of Cambodia on the 55th anniversary of establishing the Laos-Cambodia diplomatic relations.
The telegram read:
“On behalf of the National Assembly of Lao PDR and on my own behalf, I have the honor to convey to Your Excellency, your family and the people of the Kingdom of Cambodia my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary Day of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia on 15 June 1956-15 June 2011.
“ With long traditional brotherly relations between peoples of our two countries, our diplomatic relations has always been a sincere and cordial one. The peoples have supported each others both in hardship and happiness. I therefore trust that with your rich experience in the political life and your able leadership, the existing relations of friendship, fraternity and good co-operation between our two countries as well as our two legislative bodies will be further enhanced in order to serve the interests of our peoples.
“ Taking this opportunity, once again, I wish Your Excellency and the peoples of the Kingdom of Cambodia strong health, success and prosperity.”
