Al Sadr meets with Al Jazeera TV delegation

Baghdad (NINA) - Muqtada Al Sadr met, at his residence in the Qatari capital of Doha, a delegation from Al-Jazeera TV.

Media office of the Sadr Trend said "Al Sadr stressed, during the meeting, on resorting to neutrality in conveying news and coverage of events and to non-alignment to a party on the expense of the other, pointing out that what happened in Bahrain was the best witness to the lack of impartiality in covering events."

He added "the neutrality and professionalism are essential to the success of any media that wants to reflect meaningful goodness to the people and sow love and harmony among them."

For their part, Al-Jazeera delegation thanked Al Sadr for giving them the opportunity to meet.
