PS meets Lebanese businessmen delegation

SANA'A, Sep 03 (Saba) - Parliament speaker Yahya al-Rae received on
Wednesday a number of Lebanese businessmen currently visiting Yemen
to familiarize themselves with investment climate in the country.

Al-Rae said investing Arab capitals in Arab states helps boost
economic integrity in the Arab World, assuring the Lebanese
businessmen delegation that the Yemeni investment laws provide
necessary facilitations for investors.

He said Yemen is doing its utmost to improve the investment climate
and to tackle all obstacles that may hinder the attraction of
capitals to the country.

The Lebanese businessmen announced their intentions to invest
capitals in the banking field in Yemen and explained to al-Rae their
companies experiences in this field in the Arab World and Europe.

The Lebanese businessmen delegation included chairman of the board
of directors of the Adir Company Rena Khalat, deputy director of the
Palos Bank Felix Saham and the chairman of the Lebanese Broadcasting
Corporation Hatim Khalil Hatim.
