Laos-China ties photos exhibited
VIENTIANE,APRIL 21.(KPL) -More than 130 photos are being exhibited at the National Culture Hall in Vientiane Capital to mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Laos and China.
The two countries established diplomatic relations on April 25, 1961.
The exhibition was officially opened yesterday with the presence of Head of the Party Central Committee’s Office Bounpone Bouttanavong, Minister of Information and Culture Mounkeo Oraboune and Chinese Ambassador to Laos Bu Jiangua.
The exhibition is aimed at enhancing the friendship relations and comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, states and peoples of Laos and China.
All photos represent the traditional relations and cooperation between the two countries have cultivated since they established diplomatic ties 50 years ago.
The exhibition will last till April 27, 2011.
