Flood commission appointed by SC submits interim report after field visits
Islamabad, April 08, 2011 (PPI): The flood Commission constituted under the Supreme Court order in Constitution Petition No.62/2010 etc. (Marvi Memon Vs. Federation of Pakistan, etc.) is going to meet here Saturday.
Ex-Prime Minister, Mir Zafar Ullah Khan Jamali had approached the Commission for deposition. In addition to this, the Commission will preview all the video images and other media evidence recorded during the July, 2010 floods. It is expected to be the last formal sitting of the Commission before it gives its final report to the Supreme Court on April, 18, 2011.
