Public and private sectors further donates for Japanese quake victims

VIENTIANE,APRIL 6.(KPL)- Four sectors have provided over 100 million kip of relief aid to the quake and tsunami victims in Japan. The relief aid was donated by the ETL worth 100 million kip, the Lane Xang Mineral (about 12 million kip), Lao Association of Travel Agents (about 10 million kip) and the DEA-A Lao Travel (2 million kip).
Director of Enterprise of Telecommunications Lao ETL, General Mr. Khammouane Somsyhapanya, representing has provided the relief aid to Minister of Public Health, Dr. Ponemek Dalaloy who is also the President of the Laos-Japan Friendship Association in the witnesses of relevant officials. The aid will then be given to help the victims of earthquake and tsunami that hit the northeast of Japan. The handover ceremony was held at the External Relations Committee of the Party Central Committee Office, on April 6.
