PM receives Vietnam’s Ha Tinh delegation
VIENTIANE,MARCH,31 (KPL)-Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong received at his office yesterday morning a courtesy visit of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee and Chair of the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Council.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh and his delegation arrived here on 29 March for a week long visit to Laos.
During the amicable talk, PM Thongsing Thammavong praised and highly valued the visit to Laos of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh and his delegation as contribution to further enhancing the special friendship and comprehensive co-operation between Laos and Vietnam. He also informed his guest about the achievements of the 9th Party Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party which re-elected Mr. Choummaly Sayasone as Secretary General of the Party.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh expressed his congratulations and was convinced that under the clear-sighted leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, the Lao PDR will receive a number of new achievements in national development based on the set policy and the special friendly relation and all-round co-operation of Vietnam and Laos will constantly develop.
