Atta visits NINA HQ, congratulates staff on surviving attack
Baghdad (NINA) – Spokesman of the Baghdad Operations Command BOC, General Qasim Atta, visited NINA HQ Tuesday after the attack on the Safeer Hotel this morning by a Katyusha missile.
Atta denounced the attack, stressing “the launching area was located; Shu’la District,” adding “the security forces found a launching pad with a missile prepared to launch.”
He pointed out that two missiles were fired; the first hit Al Safeer Hotel entrance, NINA HQ, the second hit Harithiya District without causing any casualties.”
Atta renewed solidarity with NINA, congratulating its staff for surviving the attack.
