Dabbagh, Jordan's PM assert strength of relations between Iraq, Jordan
Baghdad (NINA) – On the side of the founding conference of Iraqi Businessmen Council, in Amman, Minister of State and Official Spokesman for the Government, Ali al-Dabbagh, met on Thursday, Mar. 24, with Jordan's Prime Minister, Marouf al-Bakhit.
A statement issued by Dabbagh's office said that in the meeting, the Government's Spokesman affirmed the depth of Iraq-Jordan relations and the keen intention of Iraq's Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki, and Iraqi government to support the economic relations between both countries in the interest of their people and economies.
The statement quoted Dabbagh saying, "Iraq encourages the pioneering effort exerted by the country's private sector in the reconstruction scheme and services as well as being strategic partner of Arab and foreign private sector."
