Hashimi calls for developing ties with Germany

Baghdad (NINA) – Vice-President Tariq Al Hashimi reiterated the importance of enhancing and developing ties with Germany in all domains, presidential statement quoted him.
During a reception of the German ambassador, Hashimi said “we grant major interest to joint cooperation in service of both countries’ interests,” the statement added.
For his part, the German ambassador appreciated the efforts exerted by Hashimi in different important issues in Iraq, especially the human rights file, calling on Hashimi to keep on the good efforts
