Russian Communist Party praises 9th Congress
VIENTIANE,MARCH 23 (KPL)- The Party Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation sent a message of congratulation to participants in the 9th Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party that ended in Vientiane on March 21.
The message read “The Party Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation would like to wholeheartedly congratulate all the delegates of the 9th Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Lao communists across the country.”
“Under the leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, which composes of multiethnic groups, Laos has gained significant achievements in all aspects of social life.”
The Russian Party also expressed readiness to work with Laos to further enhance friendship between the two nations.
“We would like to express readiness to continue enhancing and strengthening the friendship between our two Parties and peoples,” the message said.
“We would like to wish the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, communists, and the entire Lao nation success in achieving new accomplishments in building socialism.”
