Malik call for world support in terror war
ISLAMABAD, March 22, 2011 (PPI): Calling upon the international community to stand by Islamabad, Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that Pakistan alone cannot fight ongoing war against militancy.
Speaking at a seminar organized by South Asian Strategic Study in Islamabad, he said Pakistan and India both have nuclear capabilities, but New Delhi India is being given leverage over Pakistan.
He said that international community’s discriminatory treatment with Pakistan would disturb the balance of power in the region.
“It is imperative to raise our voice against the unfair treatment with Pakistan,” he concluded.
