Nujeifi, Ihsanoglu discuss development on Arab and Islamic arena

Baghdad (NINA)– Parliament Speaker, Osama Al Nujeifi, discussed with Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the recent developments on the Arab and Islamic arena, and the demonstrations in some countries.
A statement issued by the Parliament said that “both sides discussed Iraq’s return to membership in the OIC, particularly that Iraq is a founder member.”
The statement concluded that Nujeifi welcomed Iraq’s return.
