Maral Almukhanov, director of Semey State Geological and Exploring College: - Due to close cooperation with employers we developed relations with 250 employers due to the specially formed marketing service and 50 of thosecompanies are foreign ones.
The Almaty College of Construction and Management also makes the main accent on education. The management of the college says this year only 200 students will study here. The employers know about the reputation of college and qualification of graduates and that's why the young specialists are employedat once.
Zhantleu Aziskhanov, director of Almaty College of Construction and Management:- We must urgently take measures on raising and re training of staff.
Approaches to new technology, computerization, automatic operating of various machines, large mechanisms and computer operating, all this demands qualified personnel that can compete with employees of Europe and developedcountries.
The leaders of secondary special education will discuss these issues at forum in Rudnyi together with representatives of state power, industrialsector and business structures.
